Tomorrow at around 12 noon EST we will hit the cyberwaves of the internets with the whole package: Dave Douglas Quintet, Live at The Jazz Standard, The Full Book. This is a collection of recordings made during last week’s 6 night run, with Dave Douglas on cornet, Donny McCaslin on tenor sax, Uri Caine on fender rhodes, James Genus on bass, and Clarence Penn on drums.

Our new compilation presents:

44 different compositions
14 new pieces never before heard on record.
79 high-quality, excellent-sounding MP3s in 12 complete one-hour sets.
New versions of the Grammy-nominated album The Infinite.
New arrangements of Bjork, Beck, Mary J. Blige and Rufus Wainwright.
Printable .pdf booket and tray card for each of the 12 sets

It’s an exciting way to hear the group interact over the course of a week and a unique chance to hear the band up close, playing their classics and their latest.

We couldn’t be prouder of this release. We hope you will enjoy it, too.
