Saxophonist and Greeneaf artist Greg Ward and choreographer Onye Ozuzu present encore music and dance performances of Touch My Beloved’s Thought at Chicago’s Constellation June 1-3.

Inspired by Charles Mingus’ 1963 studio album The Black Saint and the Sinner Lady, composer and music director Greg Ward created seven original compositions which choreographer Onye Ozuzu developed into composed and improvised dance featuring breaking, contemporary ballet, contemporary West African, House and Afro-Cuban traditions.
