OK, so the Senate is now in “compromise” mode. Meaning they are cutting many of the social support mechanisms out of the plan. Arts are gone. (Ironic detail: Gillibrand voted to keep arts funding, Schumer voted to cut it off). And not just arts… It’s infuriating how much meaningful social aid is gone.

It’s not too late. For a final bill to pass, more consultation (between Senate, House, and White House) is necessary. Send a message this weekend to your representatives.
